We’ve all heard of Chakras!! Find our what they represent and how do they effect us!!

📌 Chakra's
1st Root Chakra:  Located at the base of the spine

Associated with stability, security & connection. Colour: Red  /  Element: Earth 

Attributes: Sense of belonging, feeling grounded - also controls feelings of survival & ambition, physical well-being, basic needs, health and a

sense of stability, spiritual growth & connection to a higher power. 

2nd Sacral Chakra:  Located just below tnaval & in the centre of your lower belly

Associated with feelings & emotions. Colour:  Orange /  Element: Water

Attributes: Pleasure & intimacy: Associated with emotional intelligence & compassion, relationships, social fulfilment & healthy boundaries.
 

3rd Solar Plexus Chakra: Manipura:  Located above the navel & below the ribcage

Associated with personal power, self-esteem & ability to take control of one's life.  Colour: Yellow /  Element: Fire

Attributes: associated with energy, willpower & gut instincts & raw emotions are felt: sense of self: confidence, purpose & clarity & wisdom.

4th - Heart Chakra:  Located: centre of the chest, above the heart

Associated with love, compassion, empathy, balance of mind & body.  Colour: Green - Element: Air

Attributes: pivotal to well-being & to help build meaningful relationships: A sense of connection with others & yourself; sense of belonging: 

Love towards others & trust: loving oneself & giving & receiving love equally. When the heart chakra is out of balance it can cause anger, 

anxiety, jealousy, fear, moodiness, low self-esteem, feeling isolated & depression. 

5th Throat Chakra:  Located at the base of the throat

Associated with speaking, self-expression & speaking your truth. Also connected to confidence & creativity. Colour: Blue/Turquoise - Element:

Space Atributes: balances the throat Chakra, helps to feel more in harmony with friends, family & colleagues & is said to be a connection to the

 higher realms; a pathway between self & higher realms & connecting to universal wisdom. 

6th Third eye Chakra: Located: between the eyebrows

The 3rd eye is the centre of wisdom & clarity; connection with the universe & the spiritual realms. Colour: Purple - Element: of light

Attributes: a strong imagination, a good memory & the ability to recall dreams.  When  balanced, this Chakra helps your ability to visualize 

concepts & think symbolically; this Chakra can also give a greater awareness of the world around you & the ability to see things from a bigger 

perspective.  The element of the third eye is light which gives us the ability to see, to take in the shape and form of things around us from a 

distance

7th Crown Chakra:  Located at the top of the head  & the highest of all 7 chakra's. Colour: white - Element: inner light 

Attributes: responsible for concentration associated with spiritual awakening, also the centre of wisdom & clarity, inspiration, higher guidance 

and self knowledge. Considered a gateway to the divine, allowing a connection to the spiritual realm and high.
